Paradise Warranty
Paradise Pleasure Products offers a limited warranty for authorized purchasers. In the rare event of a defect in workmanship or materials, we will replace the product with the same or a comparable model at our discretion.
Warranty Period
- Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase and is valid for up to two (2) years, unless otherwise stated.
- If a replacement product is issued, the warranty does not restart. Coverage continues only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
- A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Email warranty@paradisepleasureproducts.com within 60 days of purchase to receive an additional one (1) year of warranty coverage on your product.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Send your request to warranty@paradisepleasureproducts.com.
Proof of purchase, product name, purchase date, and a description of the issue.
Additional information or media may be requested to process your claim.
Your order confirmation email or receipt can be used as proof of purchase.

- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Functional issues under normal, intended use
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
- Water damage to non-waterproof products
- Products that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with
- Lost or stolen items
Important Note
Warranty periods may be extended where required by applicable law. Paradise Pleasure Products reserves the right to approve or deny warranty claims in accordance with these terms.
